First-Rate HVAC Company in Houston

One of your teams recently updated my air conditioning system, and I am writing to say that it has been a pleasure to work with your company. Brett Butler, in his new position as service manager, has been quite helpful. He serviced my account over recent years very well. Chuck Ward laid out and estimated the new work nicely. The Salizars, father and son, did the mechanical work efficiently. Robert Salizar was skillful on the electrical circuitry. I add that your telephone system, apparently digital, was loud and clear. These people were great! The technician did not try to upsell us and they had us up and running quickly. So tired of air conditioning people trying to sell me a new unit when I need something very minor. This place didn’t do that. We only use them now! Tricia C.

Had a great experience with the Lee Thompson company. I had a very difficult problem with a residential damper control company and I literally had 4 other HVAC companies out before one of the companies recommended I call the Lee Thompson Company. Growing up in Houston, I had seen their trucks around for years and now I know why, they are very professional and know their stuff. Terrence came out first and was very knowledgeable and took his time replacing the control panel for the system. Carlos came out a couple days later to make some final adjustments since their was still a problem with how the dampers opened and he made the system work even better. Carlos is very experienced with damper control systems if that is your problem. Both times I called they were able to schedule me that day or the following day and I thought the pricing was very fair for such quality professionals. They are their to fix the problem and not try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need. Diane K.
