Ethan started at my home.  He came early and was very polite and detailed. He appropriately called in Crow to assist with diagnosing the problem.  Although I was disappointed to learn I needed a new AC unit, I was glad Crow along with Ethan was fast to diagnose and and fix the problem.   It was the start of a holiday weekend and Crow came back early the next morning and had my 80 degree house cooling off again.  Crow has been to my house many times over many years and has always proven to be a reliable, knowledgeable and excellent technician.  When it’s over 100 degrees and you have no AC, you want someone you can trust.  Thanks Crow! Billy just left my house. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. I have AC! Unfortunately our hvac ceased working midday on a Sunday afternoon in August—which in Texas can be a nightmare scenario!  I called probably 6 other techs and companies to no avail, seeking immediate help. Then a good friend referred me to call Lee Thompson. Within 10 minutes of leaving a detailed message with their after hours AI answering service, Adam called me directly to give a timetable for his arrival. Adam let me know he was finishing lunch and about 30 minutes away. He timely arrived, assessed our issue, fixed a short, and got the cold air churning again in our house. I would like to sincerely thank Crow Salazar for always doing a fantastic job helping me with my AC issues. The HVAC system I purchased from Just in Time about two and a half years ago has caused me endless headaches. I believed I was purchasing a Carrier system, but I later became concerned that the equipment I received was not actually the Carrier brand I expected. Since then, I have experienced several serious problems: a pressure-switch issue that caused the furnace to stop working, an electrical issue involving a 30-amp breaker when the unit required a 40-amp breaker, and now a leaking coil. It is very frustrating to have so many problems with an HVAC system that is only about three years old. Thankfully, Crow Salazar has been there to help. He responds promptly whenever I need assistance and always provides an accurate diagnosis along with a detailed, easy-to-understand explanation. I should have written this review much earlier, but I kept forgetting. When Crow’s nephew came to repair my AC today, I remembered that I still owed Crow this review. I apologize for the delay. Crow is truly a rare and valuable professional. I cannot thank him enough for his excellent service, dedication, and expertise.
